Korean cheerleading goddess Lee Da-hui went to Taiwan to develop her career in 2023. With her sweet looks, friendly personality and hard work in learning Chinese, she quickly became the most popular Korean cheerleader in Taiwan's sports world. This Monday (April 4th) marks exactly two years since she started her career in Taiwan. On that day, Lee Duo-hui also posted an emotional message to thank her fans.
Lee Duo Hui thanked her fans in Chinese on Threads: "I have never regretted coming to Taiwan. I have come this far because you are willing to accept the real me and support me sincerely. A simple "thank you" cannot express all my gratitude. Thank you very much."
She mentioned that every moment she experienced with Taiwan over the past two years is deeply engraved in her heart. "Now, the daily life here, the people here, and the culture here have become extremely precious and integrated into my life." She also admitted that she doesn't know if she will have the opportunity to truly repay everyone's love and support in the future, "but I will do my best and sincerely to respond to everyone's expectations and encouragement."
Lee Joo-jun, a Korean cheerleader who is equally popular, recently announced that she will split her time between Taiwan and South Korea. In addition to staying with the Chinese Professional Baseball League Fubon Angels, she also returned to South Korea to cheer and joined the KBO professional baseball LG TWINS cheerleading team. However, after the news was revealed, some fans in Taiwan expressed regret over her "balancing two places" model, worrying that her number of appearances in Taiwan might decrease, sparking a wave of discussion.
